Katriona (Kat) Nardini is a devoted mother, community leader, and the heart behind Modern Alchemy | House of Crystals & Modern Sanctuary. Rooted in authenticity and service, she is a passionate creatrix and energy alchemist dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner power and balance.

A graduate of Point Park University with a B.A. in Psychology (Honors) and a Dale Carnegie Training certification, Katriona brings over 15 years of experience in executive administration and event planning—seamlessly blending structure with soul in every space she creates.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Psychic Medium, and Expert Crystal Energy Healer, she has worked with the metaphysical properties of over 200 crystals and supported more than 700 returning clients since 2021—entirely through word of mouth. Katriona leads a women’s empowerment collective in Zelienople, PA, and facilitates transformative retreats designed as sacred, supportive containers for growth, healing, and connection.

When she’s not holding space for others, you’ll find her immersed in nature, traveling, or embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood with her two children, Nina and Syrus.​

Katriona created MAC with the intent to live through her purpose and authenticity, by sharing her gifts of healing and creativity.

 

Katriona is an intuitive empath by nature and realized this at a very young age. She has come to embrace her intuition by practicing meditation, studying, traveling to sacred places and doing much inner-work. By learning to channel universal life energy (Reiki), she has gained the ability to combine her natural gifts and knowledge/experiences with science to create an incredible healing experience at House of Crystals and Modern Sanctuary.

She believes in the power of self-transformation and manifestation. Transmutation and alchemy. Love and unlimited possibilities. Katriona understands that we all hold the power within ourselves to heal ourselves, sometimes activated with a little guidance. Life is a gift that we are all experiencing through the collective consciousness, that which needs healing. Katriona is here to assist us in getting there through finding balance.
