Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of order and are sent via USPS or FEDEX.Shipping charges will be calculated by weight upon checkout. Please note, for international delivery, you the customer may have to pay custom/excise fees on your orders.

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We use Paypal because we believe it to be a very safe way to buy goods online. You may also pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, Mastercard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If you think your product has a serious problem or the packaging is damaged,please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.

 

RETURNS POLICY

MODERN ALCHEMY CREATIVE, LLC is committed to providing customer satisfaction. If your product was damaged during delivery or found to be defective, please return within 14 days for exchange. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. If you wish to return a product please read the section below for full details.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please send an email to modern.alchemy.pa@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process for returning your goods.  

We cannot be responsible for returned goods lost in transit so please insure your returned items for your own peace of mind. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Products returned without contacting MODERN ALCHEMY CREATIVE, LLC first will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.
