Electric Reiki In-Person Session

Service Description

Your Reiki session will begin with an energetic wellness check-in with Katriona. You will then lay back on the cozy Hawaiian massage table with grounding mat for added relaxation for 40-50minutes. You can expect to hear relaxing music as you focus on deep breathing. Katriona will work to assist in regulating the energy flow in your body through light hand pressure and natural crystals. You will leave feeling renewed and rejuvenated, with room for internal growth. Grounding is an essential practice that most of us don't have time or access to do. By simply laying on the mat during your Reiki session, you will recharge and reap the benefits of having your bare feet on the natural ground. Grounding appears to improve sleep, normalize the day–night cortisol rhythm, reduce pain, reduce stress, shift the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic toward parasympathetic activation, increase heart rate variability, speed wound healing, and reduce blood viscosity.

Cancellation Policy

Reiki & Sound sessions may be canceled with full refund 48hrs before scheduled service. After 48hrs, a credit will be given to reschedule session. Readings may be canceled with a full refund 48hrs before scheduled session. No credit will be given for canceled readings.
