No one really enjoys aging...right? Well, it doesn't have to be that way! As females, we are absolutely magical beings, and if we understood how magical we truly are, starting at puberty, we might choose to treat aging/self-love as a priority instead of a chore. This course is for growing goddesses and their growing mothers/female guardians, to bond, educate and connect on body positivity, and trust each other while puberty creeps in, and bodies/hormones change. Topics to be discussed include but are not limited to: How to ground your energy Breathwork for anxiety and confidence Growing goddess bodies and what to expect How to get in touch with our spirituality How to embrace your growing goddess Energy and the power of words/intentions and sooo much more! Your session fee pays for 2 attendees, the growing goddess and her guardian, for 3 summer courses, plus an exclusive gift for each! Dates are subject to change based off of group availability.
